What’s the (Detailed) Process of Making a Custom Outfit with Nixie?
- First the order is placed by making a partial (50%) payment.
- Then we make a sketch of the final design with all the required customisations and details for you to verify before we start making the outfit.
- Then we either source the fabric or custom dye it. The fabric is shown to you at this stage. If you are not satisfied with the fabric or we are unable to source the right one, you can request cancellation and get full refund at this stage ONLY.
- Once everything is sourced, you cannot claim a refund whatsoever. We will start with the stitching process and show you photo/video updates.
- Next, we’ll send you an invoice for the remaining amount (during the stitching process).
- We’ll finish the order and send you photos/videos.
- Then there will be a quality check process from our end to primarily look at three things :
1. Outfit measures precise to given measurements
2. Customisation requests are fulfilled
3. Standard thread and finishing checks
- Order is then packed and dispatched. There may be a gap between getting the order ready and dispatching it (unless urgency requires otherwise).
